  For many years, The Rogovin Group has worked with clients that directly provide healthcare and other clients that market to healthcare providers. A half day in depth Discovery meeting with key organizational staff, to assure that we thoroughly understand the specific business objective, marketing environment (internal and external), organizational mission, and availability of relevant marketing data.

The review and analysis of published and otherwise available marketing information concerning the client’s industry and products/services.

The commissioning of one consumer or business-to-business focus group study to illuminate the marketing issues and potential communications hot buttons.

 

Preparation of a healthcare marketing communications grid to define target audiences and key messages for each audience.

The development of a formalized marketing plan that will include:

  • Clearly stated objectives
  • Strategies designed to support these objectives
  • Volume and revenue forecasts based on the recommended strategies
  • A comprehensive time line of necessary activities
  • Budgets
  • Cash flow requirements
  • Innovative concepts to attract needed capital or operational funding
  • Evaluation techniques

Our Mid-Level Package includes:

  For many years, The Rogovin Group has worked with clients that directly provide healthcare and other clients that market to healthcare providers. Based upon this experience, we have designed this package of services to meet the essential marketing needs of clients with more extensive marketing and planning needs. Our Comprehensive Program includes:
 

A full day in depth Discovery meeting with key organizational staff, to assure that we thoroughly understand the specific business objectives, marketing environment (internal and external), organizational mission, and availability of relevant marketing data.

Field surveys to include audits of distributed service locations and potential retail opportunities (if relevant).

The review and analysis of published and otherwise available marketing information concerning the client’s industry and products/services.

The commissioning of two consumer or business-to-business focus group studies to illuminate the key marketing issues and potential communications hot buttons and/or to test specific approaches or messages; or a 150-person completed telephone survey.
